You don't get out much do you?

I recommend a remedial class in reading comprehension for you. If that seems like too much effort, perhaps backing off of FoxNews for a bit might help.

Maybe Judge Scalia is wrong on the subject as well. He seems to think otherwise about the actions of the clerk in question as did the rest of the SCOTUS.

Rage against the machine, seems like it isn't working for you so far.

Hey I'm a white guy who wanted to, and repeatedly tried to attract and marry a Latina woman.

Never...not once....found a single one that was interested.

...about?

Hey I know I can do magic tricks. My specialty being an ability to stop a clock just by entering the room.

Doesn't mean I couldn't still try

Have you read & understood the the fact-based points of some of the posts here that accurately pointed out that a major part of your original contention here consisted of inaccurate statements?
Thusly I'd like to see you return & explain why or why not you should admit you were wrong in what you wrote in your 2 posts here especially as regarded Brown & Harris.

The LA Times was all in favor of them ignoring the law because it suited them. Not a word saying they should follow the law. The Times is a activist paper for homosexuals, article after article since even before Prop 8 got on the ballot.
Nothing at all happened to Brown and Harris.
You are way off here.

The true analogy is the sanctuary city issue. Those jurisdictions who harbor fugitives vis a vis border control and immigration laws are flipping off the Federal Government. The Feds should send in the troops just like what happened to Alabama back in the day.

Local cops didn't sign up to be unpaid INS agents. Immigration is the feds' job, not your local police.

Right, however, declaring sanctuary status is many steps further than simply prioritizing the work of cops.

Grandma Longhair in KY should to the job she is supposed to be doing, she is entitled to her beliefs at home, in church, etc...not pushing her views and not doing the job she was elected to do.

This old bat would be working at Walmart if her family didn't have connections. She has a very cushy job and should do the job.

She also may find out that even those who agree with her in her county aren't thrilled with the expense she is creating for the taxpayers.

And while in jail she may find herself in a same sex marriage.
