Any news on urban redevelopment or rail development for Tijuana? I know the whole stretch of coast down to Ensenada is middle-high income residents. Those beach homes have magnificent views. Property values will definately soar over the decade and developers are gonna want to build mansions by the clifts. I see people on city data threads talk about Americans living in Tijuana and work in San Diego.

To sum up my question: is our neighbor across the border working on enchanting a world class experience for tourist? What helps Tijuana helps San Diego. These two metropolitian areas combine into one through my eyes. Talk about the world's busiest border crossing.
