Hi! I'm helping a friend who is relocating to Fresno find a very nice, yearly rental. Budget isn't a concern as safety, good location, and nice apartment/townhouse. To clarify nice, granite, stainless, fireplace, etc.

Will be working at the University.

Any suggestions?

Thanks! All appreciated!

Most places north of Herndon and east of Blackstone/Friant would work well. The Cotswolds are nice, also Dominion Courtyard, Dominion Heights, the Shires, Le Provence. All of these are an easy drive to Fresno State, which is what I assume you mean by "the University." If you mean Fresno Pacific University, then that would be farther away from these.

Wow! Thank you so much for this! Yes, it is FS.

Any ideas about Villa Faria?

I REALLY appreciate your help!

That's another good option. Close to the trail and lots of shopping, too. Easy drive to FSU.

I would suggest your friend to contact a Property Management Company like Oak Tree in Clovis, they normally have really nice single family home rentals available, not your average Craigslist shady rentals. Clovis is alot nicer than most areas of Fresno and it is close to Fresno State University. Clovis is more family oriented, better schools, less crime! You can look on their website at vacancies too!
