Okay, here's another answer:

San Jose, Vallejo, Benicia, and Sacramento.

This one's a bit easier.

Check that! Throw in San Francisco too!

yes correct, although I will point out "capitol" is a building, they all have been capitals of California

I suppose I'm disqualified to enter the contest on that question since that was my thread?
Kinda like the question "what weather sucks donkey balls?" would be for you.

By the way, that bull semen heist was largest in North America, not just California, I'm pretty sure. Don't know about South America as they do things a bit different down there.
