You don't need a mortgage. You'd be a cash buyer. Problem solved! As stated, you're nothing like the people you describe and you're certainly not anyone's advocate. You live at home with your parents and don't pay rent. Reality check!

ROTFLMAO! 5 or 10...pulleeezzeee! You are so much better off than those people you claim to be advocating for. Stop the act already. Not many people are in the type of cushy situation you're in.

Only good chip is a chocolate chip though, far as I'm concerned.

California is just severely over-exposed and over-hyped, largely due to lazy Hollywood who shoots everything in their backyard. It's just tiresome.

I don't hate California, I love it! It's the people I can't stand.

People in CA are passive-aggressive. It's very effeminate. If you have something to say, say it like a man. Don't play coy like a girl.

People in CA are self-centered. CA has an entitlement mentality that rivals nowhere else on earth.

People in CA are very materialistic. I thought you people were supposed to be laid back?

CA is a poster child for liberal America. It's an ugly thing.
