As for the rest, methinks I perceive signs of too much happy smoke usage. But by all means, dream on!
I have never had a job that didn't require drug testing so know your audience. By all means, move on.

As a US citizen living overseas let me give you the downside of all those Californians who will still hold US passports. They will have to file US taxes every single year. Any income above the normal overseas tax exempt amount (currently ~100K) will be subject to US income taxes. They will have to declare their bank accounts and even fill out forms just for that. Unless CA and the US also complete a tax treaty they will have to pay into US social security and medicare. The tax treaty alone would be pretty tricky to pull off.

In a nutshell, you can live in another country but as long as you hold a US passport you cannot fully escape your US taxes.
Ohh these are good points and completely true.

I know it well! Of course, some have never had a job anyway. As for the rest, sounds like every weakling's impotent response to anyone who disagrees with them.

Responses are always weak when the post makes little sense.

I meant at this point I'm sure there are good jobs around the state that aren't drug testing (for pot).

Well, I'm not a user anyway but I have no issue with anyone else using.

From the title, I thought this thread might be about the town of Needles wanting to leave CA and join Arizona, since Needles at present is 224 miles distant from their own county set of Riverside, CA to which it feels like a neglected stepchild burdened with high CA taxes of every kind, compared with AZ.
