It would be funny to see an Army made up of Snowflakes. They would get banners and signs and march against an opposing Army ready for Pepper Spray. I would pay to see that on TV.
Can republicans afford cable?

But yes I am online. So let's make a friendly wager. I will prove to you my net worth is at least 20x your net worth with verified financial documents.

If I am worth 20x more, you pay $2500 to one of my favorite charities. If you are worth more than I think, I send you a cashier's check for $2500. Heck to make this really exciting, I'll donate another $2500 to the City-Data community. So I'll give $2 for $1 if you're as rich as you claim.

Let me know, PM me, and I'll send you the contact details for my PA and we can write up a legally enforceable contract.
One way I know you're full of **** is you claim to own a rental in one of those areas but they all have terrible comps. If you were that savvy with money you'd know it would be a **** poor rental.

Nope.

But this would be (important information redacted of course to protect my own personal privacy). This represents about 80% of my net worth as of a few seconds ago.

I also have around $15,000 in US currency stored in a safe for emergencies, and a pretty expansive collection of coins, and watches. I'd estimate that would add another $200,000 to my net worth if I got them appraised. I own a pristine Ferrari 355 as well, not sure what I could get on the open market, but it's cherry.

That would depend on when and what the property was purchased for, would it not?

Nope because they've always had crappy comps unless you're in your 70s and bought the house when petula clark was still popular.

Yes I saw your "google'd" faked financial asset summary. You know it's fake right off the bat because anyone who would keep $18 million in a "checking account" is either an idiot or faking.

I probably have less than $10,000 within my personal checking account.

So IF I bought a 4/3 in Atherton for $1.2m at auction in 2012, and the home would now sell for $2.5 million, you consider that a crappy purchase?

If I went to sun records and impressed the staff at the studio and became a rock and roll star would that be a bad investment?
