Honestly? You should get to Europe or Canada ASAP.

The US is up for sale and you're not only competing with local wealth, but also wealth from all over the world. I mean, a good portion of it is your money, coming back from the sales of cheap goods and labor.

The change is happening. Murrieta and Temecula, Lake Elsinore, etc were in the middle of nowhere when I was young. Now they are growing a LOT.

The same with Barstow and Apple Valley. Middle of nowhere at one time and now heavily populated.

The biggest thing is being close to a metropolis so you can initially work there and then in the growing community as it expands. Takes patience and planning.

There was an interesting article recently about how Chinese investors are making big investments in Temecula

Here's why Chinese money is pouring into Temecula's wine region - LA Times

that's why you don't need govt intervention to develop the CV or Central CA. money flows to where investors know they get a return

Why not? Someone has to build up that ghost town. It's been a ghost down for how many years? Guy is creating jobs, boosting the economy and paying taxes.

CA needs more people like him!

Reminds me of the time when idiots wanted Sriracha to leave town. hahahah morons.

Ghost town, Temecula???

When I moved to Murrieta Temecula had about 40,000 people (2000), when I left in 2009 it was well beyond 100,000 and growing. Not to mention the great wineries?

You obviously have not been there since about 1966.
