I found taimaishu! He's been punking Tucker Carlson! LOL
I couldn't take him serious when he wanted to kick out the middle class and import tons of illegals and refugees. They'll end up like Venezuela.

and yet, the state of Texas has the highest rate of people without health insurance. So maybe Houston is a bit better about that.

That's great. I'm unfamiliar with it since I use private insurance provided from my employer, but is it just a public hospital or is there an extensive network of clinics? Cus Houston has two major public hospitals and then several county clinics, then private or charitable community clinics in network. The wiki page isn't updated but last time I was in Houston I saw more clinics.

Either way I though perhaps it would've been great to have this system be adopted nationwide.

Yes, but I am not talking about just a public hospital and affiliated clinics but an entire county public health system. Harris Health is a community owned health system. I must be confusing two things, so help me out if I am wrong, but are we talking about the same thing? NYC seems to have the most exemplary and largest municipal/community health care system.

Most county hospitals have closed, before medicaid they were the vehicle for healthcare delivery to the poor Some of them are used as 'managed care' HMO's for medicaid patients and others serve the larger community, but they don't usually offer any advantages in terms of fees to either insurance companies or self-pay patients.

L.A. County still has a few, the nightmarish County USC in Boyle Heights, the decent to good Harbor UCLA in Carson, and Olive View in Sylmar being the only ones I can think of. (I've never been to Olive View but from my understanding it's better than County USC but wore than Harbor UCLA. The latter is better than some private hospitals)

Well, parts of TX are under 2 feet of water now, so.... CA still looks pretty good to me.
