To the OP if you like the heat Chico is for you and if you like 6 months of gloom then a summer of heatwave after relentless heatwave Paradise is for you.

You are exaggerating. It isn't 100 in Paradise every day and it isn't 100 everday in Chico either. I've lived there. Chico has reached 110 degrees, but it doesn't happen every summer by a long shot. If you want to get an idea of what the temperatures really are, here is the weather history for Oroville, which is within a few degrees+- of Chico.

Weather History for Oroville, CA [California] for July

You saw one day of 100* ? I think you are the one smoking something...better not get caught in Arky they will cut your balls off if you have any.
What is Arky? Is it a person, place or thing?

You can say the place is dieing, maybe so, but hot summers over 100 degrees almost daily and snow all winter< absolutely no. Boy when you get an idea no one can even reason with you...WOW. Now you are telling us the published charts are all wrong. I guess the charts are part of a conspiracy to keep people thinking the weather is something it isn't. You are talking about forecasts that are always wrong, KC6 is talking about weather history. If Chico is constantly over 100 degrees and Paradise is as well, could you give up a resource for you facts. Many of us would like to see the charts that show all the snow and heat. We need to see how wrong we are, according to you.
