Summer’s around the corner and I can gladly say this is the first year in my life i’v stuck through my New Years resolution to lose my chubbyness before summer. Has anyone else been successful?

I feel like California is leading the way in the fitness industry and it’s now a big trend amoung 30s and under. Social media has a big part to play in this.

CA is 2nd tier.

But New Year's resolutions are for chumps. Lifetime resolutions are for winners.

You make a point. I’m planning on making this a lifelong change of lifestyle, not a temporary diet.

It's hard to say if Ca is leading the way, do you have any references to prove this?
That said I think areas with nicer weather sometimes have more fitness oriented people because more skin is showing with lighter clothing.
I don't hit the gym for summer, been 5 days a week for 40 years.
