I've looked at many of the virtual tours you refer to, PhoenixSomday and I agree. It's almost as if you are truly walking through the home. They're very helpful to serious renters and buyers. It really cuts down on having to tour a multitude of homes that you end up crossing off the list.

I'm all for this kind of tours to preview. Beats driving around all day to see a bunch of homes in horrendous condition, which they presented as livable in sparse pictures and descriptions.

The Virtual Tours are great for buyers right now.....but as a seller, they are not available, and it is not that easy to do-it-yourself.........
I tried to get a staging company and a photographer to come out and help us a couple weeks ago and they wouldn't because of the virus......

“Realtors should cease doing all face-to-face marketing or sales activities, including showings, listing appointments, open houses and property inspections,” the California Association of Realtors posted on its website. “Clients and other consumers are also subject to these orders and should not be visiting properties or conducting other business in person.”

As coronavirus cases rise, so does pressure on Merced County real estate market, agents:

Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that people want to walk through homes and have others walk through theirs during this time. Can you blame them?

San Diego home prices up 5.1% last year. At the bottom of this link is a list of price increases for 20 metro markets. Rock bottom mortgage rates help keep home prices up.
