Discuss please!

We've narrowed it down to 3 places to live and all three appear to have great schools districts, good food and are safe! With rancho being the least?

Looking for a home in the 600k area, no HOA, pool if possible and a little bit of land. Excellent school districts are a must as well as safety in terms of violent crime and property.

Thanks!

Maybe replace Santa Clarita with Ontario. Ranch Cucamonga is the best in my opinion. It has the best infrastructure, great shopping, pretty good schools, and reasonable housing.

I would choose btw either Santa Clarita or chino hills. For me, Rancho Cuc. is too far inland and windy, smoggy. Though it may be the safest city in the IE, its surroundings aren't exactly.
I think Chino has the edge in schools but not by much versus Santa. Chino puts you closer north OC and Santa puts you closer to LA and the coast. Santa Clarita has always struck me as a little redneck-y so I might pick Chino hills. However, I've heard the cow dung smell in Chino is something to keep in mind if moving there? I can't speak on home prices or pools or HOAs but from what I've read Chino will have the most expensive houses followed by SC and lastly RC.
