Bonjour, chim

Vegas is hell to me, btw. Vegas is the World's largest Dave and busters.

comparison between big cities can be found here:

and here:

homicide stats:
https://abc30.com/homicides-down-by-...ounty/4978297/
For comparison:
Fresno COUNTY (fresno, clovis, etc): 32
City of Oakland alone: 66
Alameda COUNTY (includes oakland): 85
Contra Costa COUNTY: 38
San Francisco: 42
bay area source:

thats right, Fresno is safer city has less violent crime per X population than Sacramento, Los Angeles, LA, SF, Oakland.

Sacramento median price for a home is $100K more thanks to the hype that has got people moving out there from the bay due to housing panic. But they are moving to parts of sac that aren't great. Nice parts of sac and its suburbs are already as much as places closer to the bay area.

Fresno/clovis is the ONLY relevant city in the central CA (note not saying central valley as that would include sac). It damn near carries it. 5th biggest city in CA. Clovis schools are nationally ranked high and award winning. Fresno state is a very reputable college also ranked.

and for investors
but if you had to wait for a list like that, its already too late honestly,

only downside is main highway is at the edge of town and you have to go through the less desireable parts of town before you get to the good ones, unless you are coming up from socal and you go up 41.

bakersfield is on the outside looking in when it comes to trying to be like sac and fresno

Recent reports though say Fresno is not friendly to blacks. And more blacks are moving up to sacramento area.
You aren't supposed to post pretty much the exact same thing on multiple threads. {yes, this is somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but still....}
