This is completely accurate. My car needs new shocks - from you guessed it, horribly huge bumps in LA's horrible roads. Orange county seems to have better quality roads though. But I do always wonder why LA seems like it's always incredibly short on funding for just about everything.

I remember the days when Calif, had the best roads in this country. I was shocked 4 years ago when visiting, the poor condition of roads. The potholes and patched over surfaces. The poor condition of the roads, rivaled the snowbelt states. I never would have expected Calif, to allow such deterioration. Be it freeways, surface streets, all were in rough shape.

Try and find where the money is actually going.

The terrible thing is the numbers were just upgraded yesterday, and as of now California is next to worst and only beat out by Puerto Rico. Of the 50 states California is #50. And the state we live in now is Montana, #1 For high school graduations.

Interesting how some are in such denial of blatant facts. Take a look around this state...it's not smart or intelligent voters who have shaped what this state has become.

The Wikipedia source is based on 2015 data. And it ranks states by educational achievement of people over 25, there is nothing there about where those people even went to school and it certainly has nothing to do with the high school graduation rate.

Who is denying what? The wikipedia source he posted was based on 2015 figures and has nothing to do with high school graduation rates, it is a ranking of educational achievement by people over 25 years of age.
