I mean at least Highland Park has some class to it.

I am sorry that you took me for someone who cares what you think. I get it though. Avoid the math now since you pretty much got shown you had no clue what you were talking about. While none of those are my home I bet you there isn't a person in the world who would choose your house over mine. They might choose the location, but not the home itself.

You can read about the city

https://www.dmagazine.com/publicatio...fect-city-usa/

In other words the median income in my city is far above yours by a ton. So if my neighborhood is rough wonder what that makes yours.
ROFL. Enjoyed your nouveau riche, 95% white, little village in the middle of nowhere. Literally shoot myself first before I would step foot in such a plebean environment.

Wealth is wealth whether acquired yesterday or 20 years ago. You don't mean you wouldn't, you mean you couldn't. As I said let me know when you finally learn math and let me know when your city catches mine as far as income goes. Hint: It never will.

Middle of nowhere? I am closer to Dallas than Orange County is to LA. LOL. You literally never do an ounce of due diligence. I am 20 miles from Dallas. It would be like calling Arcadia in the middle of nowhere when it is 20 miles from LA.

We both know you won't say what city you live in because it will show the failure of what has happened.

Pro tip about real estate 101. Location location location.

You have literally been posting for 2 hours in response to me and now you are trying to convince yourself you don't care what I think? I think you may need to get some meds.

This is really what it all boils down to with hardcore right-wingers and many Texans, and people who are drawn to Texas.

It's all about "the show". It's probably why they are known for peacocking, putting on oversized cowboy boots and stuffing a sock or two in their wranglers.

Except I bought way less house that I could afford so I could instead pay cash which I did. Personally most here and most that come here want a good simple life with a much better overall lifestyle. For being a hardcore right winger I am doing a pretty bad job since I married a minority, am pro choice, don't like or go to church, and am pro same sex marriage. So much for that. I simply want to work hard, keep more of what I earn, pay my fair share, and live a simple good lifestyle.

You know who always has a problem with people showing off or peacocking? This who can't do it. I couldn't care less if someone shows off, or if they have and flaunt their nice things. I say good for them. It doesn't affect me.

No, sweet heart. Your priorities are whacked. And so are those who think they've gotta flaunt what they have.

Spoken like someone who has nothing to flaunt. It’s like all the people in Reseda saying “Those people in Bel Air aren’t better than us.” Yeah actually they are which is why they live in Bel Air. I certainly respect your right to live in some craphole city. For me I choose the best. I am sorry that I chose a city who's people are more motivated and simply better than you did. Try harder next time. Pay attention in school.

Priorities? What are my priorities?

Probably why h/she so disliked San Marino, where one's wealth is mostly hidden.

You have never been to San Marino if you think the wealth is hidden. Thanks for the laugh. The wealth is actually hidden more where I am now than in San Marino. Cars especially.
