I'd take the climate of AZ over CA any day. And I did.

Because it's supposed to be a plus and the libs love bringing it up all the time instead of just accepting it as a great thing. Kind of like when people like Sharpton and Jesse Jackson keep racism going because if there was none, they'd have to get a real job which would be difficult for them with no job skills.

The Mediterra*nean climate has three distinct characteristics:
(i) Wet winter and dry summer season,
(ii) Warm and hot summers, and mild winters, and
(iii) Abundant sun*shine throughout the year (90 per cent in summer and 50 to 60 per cent in winter).

From Wikipedia:
Climate-
Prescott is in the Bradshaw Mountains of central Arizona, at an elevation of 5,400 feet (1,600 m). The city has a Mediterranean climate (Köppen Csa);
I dunno wtf kind of climate Prescott's CSA is referring to, but that's the crappiest Mediterranean climate I've ever seen. Just look at that Wikipedia data on the weather - an average of 13 inches of snow per year, average low of 23 degrees in January, and 10 inches of rain in July and August (monsoon season) that sure as hell is not the Mediterranean climate found in SoCal.

If you want to call that Mediterranean then have at it.

Just an FYI but Seattle has the same Koppen climate classification as Prescott. When people are talking about a Mediterranean climate, I don't think Seattle is what they're referring to. To more accurately depict the regions there is the Trewartha categorization.

The changes were seen as most effective on the large landmasses in Asia and North America, where many areas fall into a single group (C) in the Köppen-Geiger system.[3] For example, under the standard Köppen system, Washington and Oregon are classed into the same climate zone (Csb) as parts of Southern California, even though the two regions have strikingly different weather and vegetation.

There ain't no yellow outside of California.

It looks pretty yellow to me south of the border. Does Mexico not count because there’s no elitist Californians there?
