Few things are more annoying then loud after market exhaust systems, engine revving and street racing. If passed, hopefully it is actually enforced and violators have their licenses suspended.

Contrast this with the ludicrous gender neutral retail bill introduced by Low.

Well, see, Vince Fong is a Republican. Republicans are interested in passing laws that have an actual effect on the lives of everyday, working class citizens. Evan Low is a Bay Area Democrat. Democrats, especially Bay Area Democrats, are consumed by identity politics. Evan Low is a member of the state legislative LGBTQRSTUV caucus. Mr. Low is also the fine gentleman who in 2016 introduced the now infamous AB 1887 that bans all California state-funded travel to states that have laws that are counter to the feel- good laws that protect the minority, while simultaneously ignoring the majority here in California.

Keep voting Democrat California, millions on welfare depend on you.

There are already laws on the books for racing. It’s called exhibition of speed. It’s a umbrella term covering aspects of racing.

This seems to more specifically cover revving the engine. It would be nice if those current laws were enforced.

Sounds fine in theory, but I bet it'll be enforced about as much as illegally dark window tinting.

Dark window tinting is not a nuisance to the general public like loud noisy race cars and Harleys, more of a safety hazard to law enforcement.

Exactly. Hence it has to go. What's even the protocol for pulling over a limo tinted vehicle at night with no one around? Hide behind the door, gun drawn, and say 'get out' over the PA?
