Hello, I'm curious about rental rates in Grass Valley. I'm looking at a 2 bed, 2 bath house that's pretty standard looking, nothing fancy, but it is only about 2 blocks from downtown.

I'm hearing a wide range of rent prices but there ain't much online to find to compare against. So, I'm curious - what do people think the rent would be? I want to make sure this is market.

Grass Valley, imo, is expensive, for what it is. Call the landlord for a price.

Are you looking at this one? This listing doesn't give a photo, but it gives a price. 2br., like the one you mention.

Thanks, that's not it but that's good to know. That one does seem kind of fishy though...I seen plenty like that where they try to take your personal info but there's actually nothing to rent. Dunno if that's the case with this one but who knows

Be careful with anything on Craig's list.

Here's a different rent site, that gives you an idea of prices. They tend to be a bit higher than the other example I gave you.
