I felt it in Thousand Oaks. It was a rolling motion. I just sat in my chair waiting to see if it would get worse, or just end. It just kept rolling and then ended, probably about 20 seconds. Im a southern California native, so I wasn't too freaked out.

Didn't know or feel a thing in Rancho Cucamonga.
I was in my car, then went into Borders, my daughter called to see if I was okay and told me about the earthquake.
Damn I miss all the fun.

It is all over the news up here. Over and over and over. 5.4 earthquake. That happens like what? 10 times a year?

Startling new photos.
Security camera footage.

I lived in San Diego for 18 years and when we had something like that it was barely mentioned on the evening news. hahaha Now, ET has it all over the TV. hahaha

Hey, when you only get 2 channels, I guess you gotta live with what you get.

I live in Chino and my house is still standing...I was out in Riverside at the time it hit and heard the news on the radio...YIKES! I didn't know what to expect when I walked in the door...I only lost one knickknack...lots of stuff knocked over, drawers opened...no major damage....According to the news, the earthquake was 3 miles SW of Chino Hills....RIGHT UNDER MY HOUSE...lol...

Why is the media going crazy about this? No major damage or no deaths but they are acting like all of a sudden this is a warning sign? For what? Earthquakes release the pressure in fault lines. This is a good thing. We've had several quakes up here in Nor cal almost this size as well. This is NORMAL for CA.

There's a Chinese man who says he can predict earthquakes based on the shapes of clouds. I stumbled upon it looking for earthquake info for Oregon and Washington. I did a search for the site again for those who are entertained by this kind of stuff.

This is the site I stumbled upon, complete with photos of clouds.

This is the Shou's (broken link) website (the Chinese man who claims he can predict earthquakes).

I really find any claims to be able to predict earthquakes lack credibility, but that's just me.

I felt it in Thousand Oaks. Pretty mild, sort of a rumble at first. I was outside and just heard a little bit of creaking in the house. I moved from my porch out onto the grass, and if was very rolling, like standing on a ship.
