If you had $100,000 to blow on a night at Hearst Castle, seems like you'd have enough cash on hand to just build your own nice little estate somewhere. Granted it wouldn't be a castle...

If it isn't bought, perhaps it can be used as a shelter for illegal immigrants immigrating to the SF Bay Area.

Just thinking as a humanitarian .

The stay is probably in one of the guest houses, not the castle. Hearst family and friends stay in the guest houses, or did.
