I feel the Yucaipa valley water district in yucaipa,ca is ripping of the people in yucaipa,ca.My sewer rate is $1.01598 per day.my recent bill is $33.53.(10/5-11/7-08).They have disabled their email address due to MANY customer complaints (yvwd@yvwd.dst.ca.us).The board of directors are cowards....period.
Can you please tell me what your daily sewer rate is in your city in calfornia ? I want to make a rate/city comparison.Thanks...

Thanks for the pms on your sewer rates.Now i see why the yvwd is the #1 disliked utility company in yucaipa.Yucaipa disposal company (owned by horrid,corrupt burrtec) ranks #2.The yvwd imposed a ripoff 15% surcharge on water last month.I just dont trust these utility companies.NO one does! Oh...I honestly believe "what goes around comes around".Look at OJ Simpson.

The cowards @ the yvwd over charge for sewer & water plus charge a ripoff 15% surcharge on water.Now the wimps are going to once again increase water rates.They have doubled in 3 yrs.I have seen many yvwd employees just standing around their trucks doing nothing instead of their job.May the general manager Joseph Zoda & the loser board of directors all burn in hell for what they are doing to the residents of yucaipa especially the low income,disabled & many seniors.This thread is on the msn search engine & "middle finger" to the yvwd.

UPDATE....the YVWD has yet to give me & MANY others answers to why they are ripping us off. A family of 3-4-5-6,etc pays the same sewer rate i do & im only a family of 1. Im paying nearly $40.00 month for sewer & thats discusting. As of 1-1-10 water rates once again increase. What a bunch of damn thieves & VERY obvious cowards. The sewer rates once again increased (2-10). Im now paying $40.00 a month. There seems to be no end to the rate increases. The yvwd are the #1 utility thieves in yucaipa. Three yrs ago (2-07) i was paying $.817 a day. Now im paying $1.5532 a day. I really despise these cowards. They NEVER reply back to anyones email who complains. The yvwd board of directors are girly girls. Assemblyman Paul cooks office cant do anything but they are aware of the yvwd. At least they listened unlike the others.

I'm happy to still be on a septic system. At 18 to 25k estimated cost just to hook up to the sewer system, I'm staying put.

The thieves at the yvwd continue to increase sewer rates every 3 months. Yucaipa is about twice as much as beaumont. Beaumont is $20.00 a month. May these crooks/cowards burn in hell.
