Oceanside, CA Meetup Groups - Meetup.com

Look through the groups, actually not all of them are here. Practically all the SD groups are conservative/right-wing while practically all the OC groups are liberal/progressive-left.

Also see the waiting lists, and topics that involve immigration especially. OC is a much more liberal county than SD, there is no comparison there. San Diego doesn't even have exceptions, especially not if they are my age. Even all the hispanics here fully agree with the Minutemen, well all the ones I met and seen on the news and the Internet.

If San Diego had any progressive-left individuals, why aren't they on the Internet. The only left-leaning political group in SD was paid for by the national DNC.

Also, look up match.com , almost all the singles say they are either conservative or ultraconservative.

Yes it is, and San Diego couldn't be further from a mix. Everybody around is the same, their politics , their interests , their hobbies , their religion , all the same. I can't find different types of people here, NOT EVEN ON THE INTERNET. I see them in Orange County all the time. Orange County actually shares more in common with the Bay Area than it does San Diego, not kidding , and I have visited both.

That is why. The other reason is that there are also a lot of rich retirement areas mixed in , usually on the coast.

Also, the Democrats that are in San Diego are old union affiliated people. More than 90% of younger generations (18-35) are either Republican and/or conservative.

What am I missing?
Are you complaining about SD? There are plenty of leftist areas in this state. SD is an island of conservatism in a liberal state.
I'm not seeing your motivation behind this thread.

I CANT MOVE. I am stuck in San Diego , and it is very locked in , and I can't go anywhere else. There is nobody here that thinks like me, if there were , they'd be on the Internet.

There have to be democrats in your area. SD is not 100% republican.
Start a new thread titled: "Any democrats or liberals in Oceanside area?".

San Diego county voted for Obama while Orange county didn't. The city of San Diego is basically Democratic.

That is a fluke, and certainly wasn't the case for younger generations. Its the opposite for young generations.
