Ok guys,

While you debate the Tea parties, where to live in Ca and conservatives versus libs I am off to Tahoe for a week.

Does anyone have any ideas of good places to eat while we are there??/

I assume by Tahoe you mean South? I know this may sound funny, but I'd say Carrows. I yearn for eating there. All the ones nearby my closed and either turned into IHOPs or Asian Buffets. Whenever I go to South Lake Tahoe I take at least one meal there. Now salivating for a Santa Barbaran burger !!!

The Sunnyside Cafe in Sunnyside is a great breakfast place.

If you are going to South Shore try one of the big casinos. Great food and a wonderful view from some of them.

We are back, now I can shoot off my mouth again. A week without a computer is really a pain. Of course we had a business center, but I wasn't about to sit on their computers for a couple of hours each day.

We ended up eating only one meal out the entire 7 days, we ate dinner at Lakeside Thursday night. It was good, but not great.

All in all, Tahoe hasn't changed in the past 5 years (last time I was there) the trip was awesome, lots of fun, too much to drink and great weather until the snow hit Friday. That was ok, as we were leaving for Chico early that morning...
