LOL, is this turning into a baiting thread?
In-n-Out is OK
but the popular food places in Fresno now include Hunan (one of the best Tanjia/
Szechwan places in the state, foodies do road trips from the Bay Area & LA to eat there. Great Tea-smoked duck); Limon for Peruvian (same as SF's Limon and no other locations outside of SF); Mangosteen, Cracked Pepper, and Chefs Table (all by top chefs originally from the Bay Area); Trelio and others.
Maybe not the best place, but Fresno is far from the worse. It has more to offer than people realize.

I was raised in Fresno and lived for about 7 years in LA. I have to say, I would chose Fresno over LA anyday! In my opinion LA is WAY overrated. I have been to other cities - such as Portland and Seattle. They were 10x cleaner, safer, and a lot cheaper! Fresno may not be "the place to be" but at least there's not cockroaches running around all over the street! yuck.
