Why not shoot over to Vegas and have Elvis marry you!

We always thought that would be cool, but also maybe Napa Valley? A nice train ride with lots of wine A beautiful countryside all around, that would be nice. Whatever you decide good luck to you both!!!!!!! Congrats!!!

That's exactly what me and my boyfriend were thinking!! Getting married by Elvis would be the cherry on top of our weird relationship

Have you looked into the wineries in San Luis Obispo?? How about getting married on the beach? Cambria is absolutely gorgeous, so is Morro Bay, Pismo and Avila.

My best friend is planning on getting married and her only requirement was 'water, and I need to be barefoot'. She's getting married next summer in Pismo

haha! The Elvis thing is cool because it's cheap, convenient, and really cheezy so it will be very memorable! My wife & I are a bit strange so that appealed to us as well but we had a "normal" wedding because our parents were ill and wanted them to be able to enjoy seeing our marriage.

I don't know much about any of the other places you listed, I'm really only familiar with L.A.

The ocean beats being married in snow any day!

The picturesque chapel in Yosemite National Park. Picture-perfect!

Why not the beach in Nor Cal or So Cal? Prefect for wedding attire and a few people and a photog. The more North you go off HWY 1 the more beautiful the coast line is. You can to it at sunrise or sunset and enjoy!

Santa Barbara, Napa, Vegas, or Hawaii are nice destination. Also, the SF city hall is really beautiful. You see people getting married in there all the time.

Funny when I got married I felt an obligation to invite my parents for all that they had done for me. We kept it simple, but did invite family and just a few friends. My family enjoyed the event and remember it to this day. But I guess times have changed.
