Yeah, NorCal has a lot of very eligible bachelors. I go to investor meet-n-greets every week and I meet rich single men all day everyday--many are so akward. Some clean up very well tho.

LOL

AHAH, I love it, see I know it's not just me! There are to many dam guys in the bay area and not enough girls. I've read elsewhere that the bay area is the worst place for a guy to find a date. The women up here are very over rated in the looks department but they can get away with being snobby because there is little competition. All the hot girls flock south like moths to a lightbulb for the warm weather and beaches. Nor cal is indeed a sausage fest.

So all the quality women are in SoCal and the quality men are in NorCal?

What a sad situation.

LOL

Actually I disagree with most of what you say but whatever.

Yoga
Women's discount shoe stores (like fishing in a barrel)
There always seems to be lots of hot elementary school teachers....just need to find a way to meet them.
Library events
Dog training

Another place to meet chicks is in hospitals. Many hot young nurses in there. And they've got stable good paying jobs as well. You might even snag some 20 something med students and residents. Health care is becoming a predominantly female industry.

I didn't say that the quality of men are in NorCal, I just said there are more single men than single women. The reason being is the bay area is mostly a tech industry and women tend not to work in that field. Like I mentioned earlier I grew up near Santa Cruz and after high school most of the hot girls wanted a beach like setting but warmer so south they went.

Ooooo, ouch.
I perceive differently.
But i hear you.
And if you grew up here it's understandable that you'd wanna leave i guess.
And i suppose if you're into the "hot girl" thing .... ummmm, yeah.
Maybe it's time to fly south to where the boobies are.
And, Ummmm, there may be some other reasons why you're having a hard time finding a woman.
Check your vibe.

The SoCal dating scene definitely ain't for the faint of heart. It can be absolutely brutal and "Darwinian" like you would never believe. There's definitely a reason for the perception and stereotypes about California women being some of the most shallow, superficial, materialistic, and manipulative people on the planet 'cause alot (but certainly not all) of the women exploit and manipulate guys here like crazy. When even a white friend I know who is freakisly tall, good-looking with a good-paying job struggled like hell to find a girl and basically had to "settle" for a single-mother, you know things are pretty damn bad out there lmao.

Not to mention that there's numerically more men than women out there doesn't help the situation by any means either...

The Sacramento Bee today is discussing the singles dating scene there.

They report based on 2006 info:
"In the Sacramento region, single men outnumber women in the 20- to 34-year-old age group by almost 20,000. But between 35 and 64, single women outnumber men by more than 20,000."
Older women, younger men: A capital convergence - Sacramento News - Local and Breaking Sacramento News | Sacramento Bee (http://www.sacbee.com/ourregion/story/2164572.html - broken link)

So of course they are turning the article into a trendy "cougar" story, the older woman, younger man bit.

But more interesting is their map at this link below. It shows cities in the west have more single men than women, BUT cities in the east have more single women than men.
http://www.sacbee.com/101/story/2164572-a2164768-t46.html (broken link)

So go East young man, go east.
