Hello guys, Would you happen to know what dishes can be attributed to Los Angeles and San Francisco city cuisines? Thanks.

Please google the history of 'Alice Waters' and 'Chez Panisse'.

Her cooking techniques and use of organic ingredients revolutionized fine dining ae we know it in the United States and World.

Many of the world's best chefs today trace their culinary roots to her.

Sourdough bread originated in San Francisco. Oh, and the fortune cookie!

The San Francisco Burrito which the chain Chipotle modeled it's burritos after. Many Chinese dishes we eat also have their origins there.

I believe Los Angeles may have given us the California Burrito. LA also gave us the California Roll in sushi.

Fish Tacos as they're done in the US I believe were first done in San Diego.

I've been wrong about these sorts of things before though.
