Anyone know which are the best. Any personal experiences? I know K-12 is supposed to be outstanding. I haven't heard much about private pre-schools. I'm considering moving from Los Osos to Templeton in the next few years.

Does anyone know if I can research pre-schools? I know they have to inspected and licensed. I know you can with day care providers, I think complaints are even public information. Not sure, though. I know there is regional office in Santa Barbara that inspects and licenses pre-schools, I guess I can look for their number.

The best way to find out is to visit in person. Just make an appointment to visit. You'll get a feel for the place when you've had a chance to compare with others.

Absolutely. I just don't of any in town. I have found one, which was through the greatschools website and it sounds good, but really expensive.
