Alot of kids from nikkis school sent nasty emails & created a myspace with the photos. These are horrible people.

Nikki was to never drive her dads expensive sports car (70k value) but she got into a argument with her mom & grabbed the keys to the car in the garage & took off. Its too bad the father didnt hide the car keys knowing his daughter was rebelious.

The only comfort to the family (such as it is) is knowing nikki died on sudden impact.
Ok race fans, ONE MORE TIME HERE: The people who released the photographs to the public WERE NOT CHP OFFICERS. Yes, they were CHP employee's, but NOT sworn employee's, which this, obviously biased and other biased posters, keep saying.

The people who released the photographs were civilian employees. NOT sworn employees; so please, keep the lying, cheating, name throwing, etc to yourselves.

Then why was officer thomas o'donnell suspended for 26 day with no pay & officer aaron reich quite the chp ?

It was due to their actions at the accident scene.

The two men were dispatchers, dispatchers are not normally officers, they do not patrol, they do not carry weapons or wear badges.

They were not at the accident scene, they received the photos as the CHP email system transmitted the photos as part of their ongoing training. All accident scenes are heavily photographed by investigators, there was nothing unusual in the taking of the photos, or their dissemination through the CHP system.

I do not have a dog in this horse race, but it took me about three minutes to find the above information.

It was NOT due to their actions at the accident scene. THEY weren't even there.

YOU have been beating some drum, slamming police officers, and every single thing you have said, has been WRONG.

The people who released the information to the public, WERE NOT police officers. ONCE AGAIN, READ what you post: They were civilian dispatchers. NOT POLICE OFFICERS.

However, because you are ignorant, you will continue to bash the police. You are foolish and nieve; and, the fact is, you have an axe to grind.

ANY police employee; sworn or not, can be suspended. What, you think a dispatcher, jailer, records clerk, etc cannot be suspended with out pay? You think that is just reserved for sworn police officers?

Wake up you fools and smell the coffee. You have, the majority of you, slammed police officers, for something they did not do. What else is new? I don't like what happened, blame the police. Get your facts straight, before running your mouths.

He isn't concerned about the cops or the dispatchers, Phil - he just likes to post the link to the pics. For whatever reason, he's obsessed with teenage girls - living or dead - and everything in between.

LOL do you know what a hypocrite is?

So these cops sent these pics out to people and you say they should "burn in hell" or whatever in your OP......

And then you give a LINK to everyone to see the pics. I'm sure the family of the dead girl appreciates that. You stay classy.

The offenders paid for their acts with their jobs and the department paid with money. Perhaps they should have been prosecuted for violation of confidentiality and misuse of evidence. I feel little sorrow for anyone who destroys themselves in a reckless manner with drugs in their body. Im glad she didnt kill others. I feel bad for the rescue workers who had to scrape her up.. they are the real victims here.
