Then it's safe to suppose that you would have no objection to having a homeless encampment in your front yard.

You probably don't own a home which makes it very easy to be cavalier about circumstances that not only drive down property values but also can endanger you as well as your neighbors for whom you obviously have no regard.

Now if you'll post your address I'll do my best to steer a bundle of homeless to you so you can establish your own transient colony. My best guess is that your neighbors will abhor you in short order.

Why?

Harrier ran across this phrase a while back and likes it - "mend your own fences".

I think its cool the guy is probably just reliving his Woodstock days.
Or perhaps he was an Occupy Wall Street refugee.

What can I legally do to get rid of him? Its really creepy (not to mention disgusting). Please don't suggest talking to my neighbor, he is former drug user with anger issues. I literally believe talking to him would be dangerous. Is there a way I can report this without giving my identity?
I'm sorry, this is funny...

I doubt I'd even notice if my neighbours had a tent in their front yard, let alone if somebody was chilling in it, let alone pay enough attention to know that somebody lived in it.

I just mind my own business. Head down, carry on. Don't bother me, I don't bother you.

That's what Germany's citizens said as the Jews among them were being sent to their death. Nice philosophy.

What I can't figure out is, why did the neighbor have the guy living in the front yard, as if on display for the neighborhood? Didn't he have a back yard? Or a garage?
