so, im having problems with my current living situation with the apartment im in, there is an infestation of bugs (roches) that been here ever since i moved in 14 months ago, all my landord has done is put white powder around the apartment... hasnt gotten better, not to mention my kichen caught on fire (the stove is OLD)... she turned my stove off an i cant cook dinner.. there is mold in the bathroom... the last two months my 15 month old son has been sick 4 times and had 2 seizures... my guess is cuz the bugs.. anyway. i found a new place to live and rent is due on the first im leaving this weekend taking everything and moving... whats the deal with the rent? should i just pay for the days i was here, pay the whole month? or not pay at all since the conditions of the dwelling...

You are legally obligated to pay the rent that is due and give formal notice of your leaving; usually a 30 day notice. Regardless of the living conditions. Don't just leave, he/she can come after you.
Just for future reference, use spell check, complete your sentences and get that baby the heck out of there if there is mold in the bathroom.

How much of a deposit did you leave and expect to get back? Maybe walking and letting that be your final payment is fair? The landlord shouldn't get away with that crap either.
