I'm trying to figure this out... if one were to move to Saskatchewan, what would their best option be?

Regina is the capital, but Saskatoon is the financial centre. Both have good universities, are similarly populated (Saskatoon being slightly larger of course). Regina is further south, so theoretically a little warmer... but not much... and Saskatoon is in a visually more pleasing area.

Any thoughts?

As these cities are very similar I'd go to the one that gave me the best job..
