There aren't any little kids running around on Northumberland beaches in it and it certainly all looks like Alberta, so presumably it was all shot in Alberta.
Certainly most of it was. I recognize some of those places. Most of the horse/rider parts were shot along the Milk River Ridge, near the Montana border. There's lots of footage from Banff and Jasper, and the front ranges are virtually unmistakable. The scene of the city street is from Calgary, if memory serves.
For someone currently living in an urban part of Japan, the video is amazingly refreshing, I can tell you that.
