Probably wouldnt suck any more than any of the other minorities that compose Canadas population,Asian,European,African etc.,Only difference is if you happen to be Francophone your whining about your percieved linguistic injustice usually gets the government to bend over backwards to accommodate your wishes.
.
Hmmm... you aren't seriously comparing the language rights of francophones who are a founding people of the country and have been here for 400 years to those of people who are for the most part fairly recent immigrants?
And that Quebec struggle involves Closing 10 English hospitals in the greater Montreal area, turning English schools into French schools.Renaming many English street signs to French renaming many towns from English to French,Having many laws that marginalize English as an example =
Having a Government Department (Office de la Langue Francais) whose sole purpose is to send hundreds of language inspectors out into the province to give tickets to various businesses that arent abiding by the draconian language legislation that as an example cited a pet shop in Napierville because one of their parrots only spoke English
Then theres the " Societe Saint-Jean-Baptiste" who's sole objective is to eradicate English in Quebec
Most of the type of stuff you describe was done (and often worse) to francophones outside Quebec during the course of Canadian history. The reason you don't hear about it is that in many provinces it was so effective there aren't that many French-speaking people left around to complain...

That is not a legitimate argument, two wrongs don't make a right and I have great sympathy for other Canadian linguistic minorities.

It was an admittedly hyperbolic response. But still, aside from the sign law (which isn't even that bad when you consider it doesn't ban other languages like English - it only says French has to be there), both historically and today anglophones in Quebec had and have way more than francophones almost anywhere else in Canada.

The English were also a major founding culture in Canada especially in and outside Quebec a fact that seems to be forgotten in Quebec,Especially the bit where those dastardly Anglos had all the money to start all the companies, .
As Quebecs cultural relevance outside Quebec is rather small i dont follow your logic that every right an Anglo has been allowed to keep/earn in Quebec necessarily equates to a Francophone outside Quebec having the same right in French all across Canada. As an example if i as an Anglo go to anywhere in Quebec i'm expecting i'll be speaking French because the predominant population is French, just like some Francophone goes to someplace outside of Quebec he's gonna be speaking English, difference is if that Francophone whines loud enough everything is accommodated in French for him, i as an Anglo wouldnt get that same level of accommodation in say Chicoutimi.

This is somewhat difficult to follow. Especially the part I highlighted.

In 100 years The Maple Leafs are still trying without success to win a Stanley Cup.
Montreal in a similar dilemma are still counting on Carey Price.
