I have been searching the forums and am trying to find additional information. Jobs aren't an issue.

We are a young family looking for town with the following:

-Walkable to shops, restaurants, cafes, from condo/house.
-Safe, higher income area.
-Good school district or great private schools close.
-Near the beach (15 minutes)
-Within 1 hour to large airport
-Younger families, not overrun by retirees
-Low tourism
-Warm weather the majority of the year.

Any suggestions?

This place does not exist.

Vancouver is crazy expensive, Victoria is super old and also expensive. These are the only temperate coastal cities near a major airport.

If you want all of these things, you'll have to deal with the colder climate of Atlantic Canada.

He didn't say he wanted west coast. Even so, I was going to say when you find it, let me know!

White Rock might work, not sure though. Oops, there aren't too many younger families there, I think it's more older people.

You pretty much named White Rock/South Surrey until you listed the warm weather part. Canada does not have any warm climates. Mild? Yes.

The Peninsula is much younger, and much more affluent on the Surrey side - despite the stereotypes.

White Rock gets a lot of tourists, even in the winter.

I don't think a coastal city that has all the criteria the OP is asking for exists.

.

You'd probably like White Rock, it's not warm though, but it's not super cold either.

Was going to suggest Halifax or some other places in Nova Scotia but the need for warm weather kinda nixes most of Canada, so warmest places would be a beach somewhere along the north shore of Lake Erie or perhaps some beach on Vancouver island,Qualicom,Tofino perhaps.or the few beaches south of Vancouver, however "Warm for most of the year "is going to require a change in definition, its Canada eh!.

Only the lower mainland of BC could somewhat qualify as being "warm" the majority of the year.
