Each dominates certain regions more or less, so none, since Canada is just the organization that represents the federation of all those regions. Certainly the English have the numbers, though, and things were a little more balanced towards the other groups at confederation, even if natives weren't officially recognized.

Here is one view, from someone who is not always particularly sympathetic to Quebec:

I would venture to say that not all Canadians would consider Quebec's influence (however defined) on the country to be a positive one.

No doubt about the influence of Quebec on the Canadian Milieu but the linked article goes a bit over the top in its praise of Quebec as Canada's reason for being great and totally ignoring any contributions the 75% English may have made over the years.
Whether Quebecs influence is positive or negative is a matter of perspective,i think the French fact of Quebec in Canada is definitely a positive, The Quebec Government and some of the attitudes its entrenched in the Quebec people are another story..

Growing up in Manitoba, for all ethnic groups it was the English that dominated everything. But the rest of us non-English people kind of formed a rather large group of our own which has left its mark here.

Native. Even though it is barely alive it's the strongest culture we have in our country.

I would say our universal Lauguage is Hockey... I mean literally 98% of the Country watched the 2010 Olypmic mens Gold Medal Ice Hockey Match between Canada and the U.S. ...The Golden Goal shows that Hockey in our country breaks down all barriers and Risies above all issues and brings us together and unites us as Nation like nothing else can.
