Well seeing the last time the NDP existed in Quebec they were a separatist party, and current members of their federal caucus are separatists, I don't see how it will be a de facto federalist party.

Ummm... it wasn't a separatist party until all of the separatist talk started, then the federal NDP kicked them out of being affiliated and forced them to change names.

So technically the provincial NDP was never separatist.

The reason they were kicked out was because of the separatist issue.

Sure would be nice to have another option from Charest and the Liberals or Marois and the seperatists,
For a while i thought Legaults CAQ party might offer an alternative but listening to the guy for a few weeks now its apparent his separatist past is still there as he's all for adding 60 language police to the OLF if elected.
