Probably a new group of angry people in the neighborhood, sounds like neo nazi skin heads..They dont like gays or women and they like violence, or it could be a fledgling chapter of Americas tea party..
It's obviously some sort of viral anti-bullying/hate campaign. A lot of these campaigns use shock now as their tactics to get people to recognize their cause. As in posting the slurs they are against to get people to take notice. I mean all those slurs are so generic and stereotypical. Think PETA posting pictures of dead livestock animals.
I'm 90% sure this is the case with these posters.
-edit- and i was right. Look at the website it's obvious it's message is anti those slogans. "is this what it means to be a man? on dec 3 we change this".
