I don't really care about jobless youth, confidence in government (they all suck), or "social network support". "Acceptance of diversity", in which Canada ranks as #1, is of no importance to me whatsoever. On the other hand, climate is of utmost importance --- I don't want to live in a place with Scandinavian weather, no matter how low its homicide rate or level of income equality.
Also cost of living and cost of housing isn't on the list. For me a low cost of living and affordable housing are of paramount importance and trump just about everything on their list of indicators. And Canada is expensive.
