I'll nominate a B and W clunker from 1959, shot in Toronto, called The Ivy League Killers , or in Britain " The Fast Ones ".
The story was a reversal of the "Wild One " where the bikers are the bad guys. In this case, the bikers, including about two dozen real life members of The Black Diamond Riders MC, were the "good guys " and the bad guys were bunch of college guys, who came from a wealthy background.
Another one, only slightly better than ILK, is "Strange Brew " Featuring two characters developed on the tv comedy show SCTV, Bob and Doug McKenzie, also known as "the hosers '.
Second City TV was a cult classic in Canada, even when it was still being produced, as the cast was loaded with future stars, 90 percent of them being Canadians. Strange Brew was shot on location in Toronto, mostly in and around the old Lakeshore Mental Hospital, at Lakeshore and 17th street. Lake shore Mental also was used as the grounds for the entire Police Academy series of movies.
Strange Brew was bizzare to say the least, and how they got Max Von Sydow to take part is a mystery to everyone here in Canada. I hope he was smart enough to get the money up front !!
A beautifully shot out doors epic, that fell flat in the theatres, was " Black Robe" about the Jesuit missionaries in Quebec in the early days of the French exploration era.
