No there are no conservatives on the national level in Canada because historically most the people have lived in just 2 provinces (Ontario and Quebec) its almost half the population until recently and these people are closest politically to north easterns in america. So its like asking are there real conservatives in nyc, of course not.

There are not conservatives in canada. Only several stripes of liberals. Ranging from the far left ndp to the centre left "conservatives"

Quebec and Ontario still have more than half of Canada's population.
