That question can only be answered by people who have lived in every single one of those provinces and territories and has had to avail themselves of the health care services offered in each one of them. I doubt that there are many, if any, people here who have done that and I doubt that anyone is going to do all the time consuming research for you in an attempt to answer the question.
You might be better off to do your own research about the health care offered in each province and territory respectively and then decide for yourself which one you think would be best by your own standards.
I'd think the more urban environments would probably have more healthcare options than some small town in a rural setting. So i'd think it would be more to do with the city rather than the province.
I think Nunavut. You get a helicopter to pick you up for pretty much any type of medical care .... that's really FAST!
this is what they send in the NWT and a good video of some neat planes working is some harsh remote places saving lifes and battling the elements of the northern part of the country.
Obviously I haven't. But really .... a helicopter for any type of medical care? I thought that apart from serious medical emergencies and medical evacuation it would be more like them having scheduled times once a month for planes flying medical staff into villages for ordinary group check ups, vaccinations, pre-natal checks, etc., and for non-emergencies people would just wait for each scheduled visit.

.
Why is this so hard for you to accept? Nunavut has a superior medical system. Most number of doctors per capita. Air ambulance for all medical necessities.
I'd provide links or ask you to Google these facts ... but facts about Nunavut are generally not available online.
