Amusing that eight out of the ten most prosperous countries in the world are Monarchies. One has to wonder if the USA would be first if it changed it's governance to a Westminster type like Canada,Australia, NZ etc. Well done Canada, third is not bad at all. To the bold: Nah. It's not their style. And that's okay.

I think if their government stop waging war with everything, and put that money into serving the population in various ways, they'd be alot better off than they are now......which is still pretty damned good.

USA is already higher than either Norway, Canada or NZ etc. in the minds of the most bright and entrepreneurial people who evidently still move there and are able to make it big, unlike in their home countries from the top of this list. The rest can continue masturbating on Westminster monarchy and a rating by a major establishment think tank based in the royal country.
