Yeah I can often tell even a milder accent since I know what to look out for, but some Canadians still 'fool' me.

Actually for Saskatoon the guy is a light weight. He has already been smoothed by the east.

Note that they really can vanish into the CA mystique. My wife the Admiral sounds perfectly Santa Monican until she tells me the Gas Bowser was not working well...
