No special advantage given to immigrants and foreigners when it comes to getting a job, if you have the qualifications you put in your job application and like every one else hope you get the job.
plenty of of online search engines monster.ca is one.
Find Jobs. Build a Better Career. Find Your Calling. | Monster.ca

Or Craigslist, (in this case Toronto but the city can be changed)
craigslist: toronto classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events

I certainly hope you don't just plan on flying in to Canada and looking for work? I'm assuming you have looked at immigration requirements or that you have an immediate family member here to sponsor you?

If you just land at a Canadian airport and tell the CBSA agent that you are coming to Canada to look for work, you might find yourself back on a plane to Pakistan. We have plenty of MBA's in Canada - not exactly a degree that is high on the "skilled worker" list.
