I have decided to move to Canada next March and am still a bit unsure if Toronto is the best place for me. Basically I will be looking jobs in the finance sector, such as banking, money management, financial analysis etc. Do you guys think toronto would be the best place, considering both the number of positions and the level of competition there?

Toronto is the economic and financial center, and thus seems to be the ideal city. However, there are also posts raving of job opportunities in Calgary. Anyone knows what of jobs are those? I assume most are oil or engineering related, is that correct?

Would appreciate if any input can be given.

The financial home of Canada is in Toronto... go there.

Not saying you wouldn't do worse in Calgary but TO is the big place for all that from my understanding.

You have "decided to move to canada"?? You know that you sort of have to ask them first don't you?
