The location was built for a Molson's Canadian TV shoot, and the local AA hockey team rented a chopper to ferry some guys up for the day, for a little shinny. The Staff Sgt approved the use of the serge, and the photo is going be used, for some official RCMP promotion, in the future.
Every once in a while an individual RCMP constable does something that garners them more positive public image than all of the organized photo-ops could ever hope to.
