New Glasgow is kind of a hole, sorry. My apologies to anyone from Pictou, but there's not much going on there economically, and I haven't heard great things about the place. Property taxes are low.

Truro has a bit more going for it.
Not really, truro is pretty much a hole too. Pictou county has some nice beaches at least, there is some nice country side in that area.

What about New Glasgow makes it a hole? It looks OK. Not really nice, but not rundown either.
