Ontario eviction ? (home, taxi driver, vehicle)

Try and make short. Neighbours hate me. Last nite, possibly a friend came around 3am, honked horn 2x. Left, never saw vehicle. Then around 4am, he lingered in lane way parking lot for 5 minutes . With lites on. He didn't make noise. US thus grounds for eviction ?

No, that isn't grounds for eviction.

That was just a taxi picking somebody up at 3 a.m. and then bringing them back home again an hour later. Taxi drivers often linger for a few minutes with the lights on while talking to the dispatcher after they drop a fare off.

You should mind your own business instead of your neighbour's business. Ignore it and go back to sleep.
